Peerless Pool

Our recent Tour of Saratoga Public Pools brought us to Peerless Pool, also in Saratoga State Park. Also quite cool, but more in a little kid "Yippee" kinda way.

All public pools should have the zero depth entry like they have here. It was great for Katie and really helped her make her way into the water on her own.

View from our chairs. Kiddie pool (with mushroomy waterfall thing) and check out the double, super twisty slides in the background.

The slides. These are awesome. I am counting the minutes until I can take Katie on this...

The main pool is huge. And so serene. That's cause some kid hurled in it and everyone had to get out for 40 minutes as they de-pukified it.

She can be off and on about the water. Today she just couldn't get enough. She waded out to water up to her armpits and all she wanted to do was jump up and down. And jump. And jump. And down. Her boundless energy was amazing.

Maybe that energy isn't so boundless - she fell fast asleep in the car. And then slept in the driveway for like an hour.

Oh how cute! And, I see Katie has her "Guy" with her these days.
(Or should I say, Tyrone?)
Kids and water - great combination!
