Califamily time

Having lots of fun in California (despite the major airline problems both into and out of Sacramento). Katie did a good deal of playing with her cousins. They all really liked the Bouncy-Bounce House at Brian and Zephra's house. We all went to the Children's Discovery Museum right outside San Francisco on Tuesday. A very cool place - the kids had a lot of fun despite the rain (pictures are below.)

Picnic in the fog and rain. But at least it wasn't too cold. Pretty cool spot though.

This is from this morning. Oh, the boundless energy. I particularly love all the falling...

bowling

We went bowling again and boy, does Katie like bowling! Who woulda thought rolling a ball almost directly into the gutter at 1.7 mph would provide so much fun? With my help, she was able to knock down one whole pin (an improvemnt over last time, believe it or not). Afterward, she was going around exclaiming "I bowled a one! I bowled a one!" Very funny.
