Thanksgiving weekend in Queens...

...was fun. Katie liked all activity at Nana' House. And the ice cream...


We went to see the inflation of the Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons on Wednesday night. It was fun, despite the throngs. If it's a cool thing and in NYC, throngs are a guarantee.

We took her to the local old-time ice cream parlor Eddie's Sweet Shop, a Forest Hills gem. She seems to rather enjoy the ice cream.
